Congratulations to Jeff Johnson for winning the Badminton England Volunteer of the year award 2014.
Prime Minister David Cameron says Inspirational volunteer Jeff Johnson has been named a Point of Light for the 35 years coaching badminton and encouraging athletes with disabilities to play, spending the last seven years volunteering with the Special Olympics
Lancashire Restrict Entry Form 2015
Congratulations to the County Third Team who were Champions of their division in what will be the last of the old form of County Badminton as next year we move away from the “home and away” type of play to the Premier style of 2 matches on a Saturday at a venue which should be within a 2 hour drive of each county. Congratulation to the Under 17 ICT Team which gained a very creditable 5th place in the recent Inter County Tournament in Nottingham. Our thanks go to Neil Tolman, Steve Athans and their support team for their part in another very successful event.
I am very pleased to offer congratulation to 4 of our under 17 age group players who were national champions in their respective age group this year. They are Lizzie Tolman ,George Priestman, Luke Donegan, and Neil Bhabuta, I wish them well in the future
TUESDAY 27th JANUARY 2015 at 1.30pm. After a private family cremation there will be a Funeral Service at The Church of St Thomas and St Johns, Tempest Road, Lostock, Bolton BL6 4EL and afterwards at The Bolton Golf Club, Chorley New Road, Lostock.
The Church is on Tempest Road which is off Chorley New Road several hundred yards on the Bolton side of the Golf Club.
